We are pleased to invite you to participate in the International University Carnival on e-Learning (IUCEL 2025), to be held on 13 November 2025 at Dewan Canselor, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM).

With the theme “Embracing AI for Innovative Learning and Inclusive Education”, IUCEL 2025 serves as a platform to showcase best practices and innovations in digital and inclusive education.

Participants are invited to submit extended abstracts under the IIDEL (Innovation in Inclusive Digital Education and Learning) category, which includes an on-site exhibition of their innovations. Nominations for the e-Learning Awards are also open.
